EXPERIENCE
I have been in practice for 36 years. Since 1984, I have specialized exclusively in plaintiff personal injury trial practice. I have handled all manner of personal injury claims including auto
negligence/no fault first party and premises liability.
Beginning in 2004, my practice expanded to include litigation of civil rights violations under 42 USC §1983 against police departments, MI State Police, county jails, and MI Dept. of Corrections involving claims for excessive force, unlawful search and seizures, false arrest, wrongful death, and medical deliberate indifference to inmate/prisoner health or safety.
I have tried to verdict approximately 200 jury trials.
